Licences are renewed on a monthly basis. An activation key and download links are emailed within 12 hours of receipt of payment. Please note this is a self-hosted licence. Add your own server and hosting solution for only GBP29/mth more by going to point 11 below. Cost of a complete hosted Telecom billing solution with unlimited support is then only GBP108 a month. Please note this does not include importing and configuring other data, any work on Windows IIS or the installation of TekRadius and Radius Manager or any other software. This includes one-half day (4 hours) full induction and training on all aspects to do with the billing functionality of TeleFactura. It includes time to set up any data and configure your system to your needs. Four hours is usually required to go over the main billing application and so this does not include training on add-ons or the Web Access. Web hosting of TeleFactura by us (‘VPS Bronze’). This includes delivery of a Windows VPS Server in the cloud and set-up of the following: IIS, Remote Desktop services, up to 5 TeleFactura and Windows user accounts needed, remote access of TeleFactura anywhere using any Web browser for all 5 users, all Windows updates, Firefox and Chrome browsers, Notepad++ text editor, Adobe Reader and 7-zip. The server can be used to host TeleFactura or any other programme or website. Typical specifications are 50GB HDD, 2GB RAM, 1 CPU, super fast 1Gbps DDoS protected connection and 2TB transfer, Windows Server 2012 R2 or later. Additional HDD space. HDD volumes can be expanded at a cost of GBP0.06 per month per GB. Specify the number of GB needed in the next page: e.g., write 100 in the quantity field for an additional 100GB HDD (@GBP6 a month).
A dongle is a USB key which can be used in lieu of an activation key to activate TeleFactura and is useful if you wish to use TeleFactura off-line. Please note this is only valid for customers who have a lifetime licence of TeleFactura.
Migrate all of your data from a previous system to ours. Price is per set of 150 customers, 750 service numbers, 5 price lists, 5 CDR formats, 75 services, 75 subscriptions or 30 packages. These sets are sets of the data once it has been repackaged to make it compatible with our system.
